Properties are pre-exposed to thousands of agents in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties; as well as, Investors before the property is  actually list for sale on the market. Pre-exposure has proven to be a powerful tool over the traditional ‘market when listed’ practice; as buyers are waiting for the property to actually go on the market.  

REO Services Included (but not limited to): 

  • Property Management –  Collect rent, hire vendors for repairs, make sure the lawn is maintained, etc.
  • Provide BPO/CMA  – Broker Price Opinion of property value (accurate pricing for today’s challenging market)
  • Premarket – Investors, Buyers are  given details regarding the property before it is listed
  • Status Check – On site visit to check for tenants and their intentions regarding vacating the property
  • Lock-Out Assistance – will meet Sheriffs at the property and have the property re-keyed
  • Trash out – Supervise cleanup and maintenance of property
  • List and Sell the property – “WE DO OPEN HOUSE”
  • Maximum photos used on each listing
  • Local and national exposure for each listing
  • Work closely with Buyer’s lender – to ensure a smooth close
  • Continual follow-up on all inquiries – All phone calls, voicemail, or email, is addressed quickly.
  • Securing the Property       Weekly Drive-by – Neighborhood Watch – Lock boxes used and all inquiries screened
  • Multiple Listing Service – properties are placed in a super-regional database, where they are exposed to all of

  Southern California. Our MLS/CLAW listing database has merged with the databases of SoCal MLS,

  MRMLS (includes Greater South Bay listings), I-Tech, and CrisNet, which means over 200,000 agents has access to our listings.
